What we collect
When you use the call request form, we collect the details you type: your name, email, phone or WhatsApp number, company name, optional website or social page, the services you are interested in, your time zone, your preferred contact time and method, and any message you add.
Why we collect it
We use it only to contact you about your request, and to keep a record of our conversations with you. We do not sell your details, and we do not share them for advertising.
Where it is kept
Form entries are stored in a private Google Sheet and sent to us by email. Only the LAYA team can open them. Online booking, when available, is handled by Google Calendar. Ebook purchases are handled by Gumroad, under Gumroad’s own privacy policy.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete your details at any time by writing to admin@laya365.com. We will reply as soon as we can.
Cookies and tracking
This website does not use advertising cookies. If we add privacy-friendly analytics in the future, we will update this page.
